YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The INSPITE Youth Leadership Program, stands out by being brief and specific, aimed at providing concrete solutions to certain concerns and issues recurring to adolescents, which, when adequately addressed, provide awareness, prevention strategies and the promotion of healthy development.
The Youth Leadership Program for Teenagers is an experiential, transformative process aimed at young people aged 12 to 17.
The YLP is an intensive 3-week program designed for young people to acquire specific tools for human development at an early age, opening up the opportunity to motivate their leadership through activities that boost their self-esteem, communication, listening, decision-making, motivation, overcoming limiting beliefs, creating leadership contexts, and more. We work on the value of family, trust, forgiveness, and, above all, the power of words.
The process encourages the development of emotional intelligence, self-esteem, self-confidence, teamwork, effective communication, and enables young people to become aware of fundamental values for their future such as love, honesty, integrity, commitment, respect, freedom and responsibility.
The program is highly practical, interactive, and profound, using dynamics oriented purely towards action, including games, challenges, and introspective exercises that can be individual, in pairs, or in groups.
Throughout the 3-week program, participants are supported in all areas of life (family, relationships, studies, health, recreation, and community), focusing on goals and dreams. By setting and achieving weekly personal goals and objectives in the short, medium, and long term, along with the tools provided during the workshop and the follow-up sessions that the program offers, key issues are addressed, such as:
