What Is It?
It is a process of discovery. It is exploring your sexuality from the context of BEING.
Sexuality is an INSPITE workshop designed for anyone, regardless of sexual orientation. We will guide you to explore and experience facets you have not dared to live and feel about your sexuality. It is a fun, deep, and healing experience that will take your levels of passion and creativity to the next level. All areas of your life will be positively impacted by this learning experience. Dare to join this experience that will completely change your life and your relationship with yourself.
INSPITE sexuality is discovering and exploring the sexual conversation you have settled into. It is recognizing and accepting those conversations that limit your self-expression.
¿What It Is NOT?
- It is not a sexual education or techniques class.
- It is not the answer to your sexual “problems.”
- It is not sexual therapy (though it will be healing).
What Does It Provide?
- It opens a space for expressions and sensations that you can experience spontaneously and carefree.
- It is an incredible opportunity to live sexuality with joy and fulfillment.
- Discover how to be attractive in the world and to yourself.
- Explore your most intimate desires.
- Connect with love.
What Will You Achieve?
You will be able to make the most of the workshop´s tools if you have completed the advanced level.

- Age: 18+ years old.
ITINERARY (*)
In-Person 3-Day Workshop Schedule:
Registration: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(*) Given the experiential nature of the training, ending time may vary.
LOCATION
We offer this training in Stockholm- Sweden, and by request from transformation centers around the world. If you are interested, contact us to find out when and where our next Sexuality workshop will be.
Regardless of your sexual orientation, this training will help you explore and discover everything you have not dared to try regarding your sexuality, allowing you to know yourself without fear of rejection or derision.
